Your comment you left on the poll regarding Obama's speech:

"Every minute you waste hating another person is a minute of happiness and love wasted forever."

This sentence struck me especially deep and it really made me think. I'm the first one to admit that I have a pretty pessimistic attitude - I tend to be the type that decides, 'I'm defeated,' before I even try something. This is a bad attitude to have for me especially, as I am an aircraft electrician in the Air Force.

From a stranger to a stranger, thank you for putting some optimism and thought into my head and a good feeling in my heart. I'll remember your statement for a long time, friend.
